JACOB’S CREEK, MOSCATO, AUSTRALIA
Jacob’s Creek traces its roots back to 1847, when Johann Gramp planted his first vineyard on the banks of Jacob’s Creek. That was the start of over 160 years of winemaking tradition.
Moscato is the Italian word for Muscat, and the name refers to both the wine style and the range of Muscat flavored grapes used to make highly aromatic wines such as Moscato. There are several Muscat grapes that are used in the production of this wine, but Jacob’s Creek uses two principal varieties. The first is Muscat of Alexandria and the second is Muscat Blanc a Petits Grains.
This wine is perfect for almost anytime time of day, but definitely the perfect Brunch wine. With aromas that burst out of the glass to sweet mouthwatering flavors, this wine is a crowd pleaser, sure to put a smile on your face.
